We had a fun weekend with all the nice weather - the park and the zoo.

Learning to Color

Our new favorite thing is coloring. Sadie does really well keeping the crayons on the paper and not in her mouth (most of the time).

Summer update

The past month or so has not left much time for blogging. I went back to work at Denver Health the end of July and am working part time in one of the outpatient clinics. Sadie is going to her Aunt Meghans three days a week and has adjusted very very well to the change. Her favorite word to say is Aubri and she is always very happy to play with her cousins. It has been an easy change for all of us knowing she is happy and well taken care of.
Sadie has been an official walker for awhile now and the new territory has come with a fair amount of bruises. We have also had to take baby proofing to a whole new level now that she is mobile. This has also been an adjustment for Jake because now Sadie can follow him everywhere. Can and does, she loves Jake and despite my best efforts she is always covered in dog hair from all the hugs she gives him.
We have tried to enjoy the end of summer as much as possible. I think this is my favorite time of year in Colorado with the cooler temperatures and leaves changing. Here are a few pics.
